Im wondering if I can just go on 200mg 1x daily vs 100mg 2x. Hmmmm....

I'm on 200 twice a day but when I was first looking into it, it seemed the 'standard dose' ( whatever that means) was 200 once a day. I'd ask the doc before I switched but probably okay to do and easier to manage. Are u on oral or vaginal?

Don't change the way you administer the dose.   They are splitting it because you can only absorbe so much at one time (that is why even at night when you are laying down you will feel some leak out).  They have you on it twice a day to make sure you are absorbing as much as you can and need to have a healthy baby!
