Gift for shower hosts?

I've seen a few people here talk about giving a gift to your baby shower hosts. Of never heard of this. What are some good gifts? These are my mother's friends whom I don't know well.

My mom and sisters are throwing ours. My plan right now is to go to their nail salons and get them a $100 gift certificate along with a gift card to Starbucks their favorite coffee place! I don't have that much more ideas...kinda would like to make them a basket or a little flower pot filled with the gift cert, the gift card and maybe scratch off cards! Something just to say thank you for everything

I put together a little gift basket for my best friend. It had treats, a bottle of wine, a decorative chalkboard sign, and a couple other cute but cheap things.

I usually try and think of what I would like. I think a card and gift card with a handwritten note would be appropriate. My sister in law will be getting Starbuck. It's really more about the gesture. In my opinion...

I was also wondering about this. My mom and aunt are hosting mine this weekend. I have no idea what to do for them, or if it's normal to do something?  I know my mom won't accept anything from me, but should I get a little something for my aunt?

Four people are hosting mine!!!! I don't know what to get except a gift 💳 card!!! Maybe lunch on us? It's my mom, grandma, sister, and future sister in law. I guess I could do Dunkin' Donuts for the two girls and Cracker Barrel for the other two. They love those places!

I did notes with $5 Starbucks giftcards and wrote "thanks for all your hard work helping us celebrate Carter! Now relax and enjoy a drink on us!" They loved it. When I helped host showers before I have gotten everything from just a thank you note to candles to home made candies. I hope this is helpful!
