Losing weight
The last year or so I've noticed I have gained a lot of weight. I have sort of developed a very bad eating habit, but it's not as bad that I can't help it. I'm worried if I don't do something about it, it will be too late. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to keep my mind occupied so I don't feel the need to eat all the time, and some tips to lose some weight. I'm going on vacation in 2 months, and have prom in 4 months and would really like to feel confident for them!!
