Ok so everytime I shave my legs (from the knee down about every two or three days) -- my leg hair grows pretty slow -- (thigh areas about every week or so) I get little red bumps. Not many. Around 2 groups of five to six little bumps  on each leg. Typical razor burn right? That's what my mom has always said. But even with lotion and aftershave applied they still itch like crazy!! The less I shave the better they get. But I just shaved today. And they're everywhere! My legs are covered in them! I don't know what to do. I've applied lotion and they're still itching like. Easy. I showered probably 5 hours ago. And it has not gone down any. What is this and what do I do?
