TMI CERVIX CHECKERS!!

I woke up this morning bleeding, lightly it was only there when I wiped. However I put a tampon in and filled almost half of it up (still pretty light).

I was 1 day late for AF

I check my cervix throughout my cycle except during so I know it is always low and firm right before I start but last night it was high and this morning it's even higher and softer..

I'm confused can anyone give me some insight? Does anyone normally have a high cervix during AF?
