Good signs?

I got a bfp at 9dpo on frer, a bfn on frer at 10dpo and what appears to be a bfp on a Clearblue Plus at 11dpo. My breasts have been super-sore the last few days. They are very rarely sore before my period. Does it sound like these are good signs to be pregnant? I realize that it could be a chemical pregnancy😕.
