Nexplanon Pain

So exactly a week ago I got the Nexplanon inserted into my left arm. It healed magnificently with hardly any bruising when I took off the tape after 4 days!Every once in a while when I move my arm a certain way, usually at my side/by my boobs, I feel it stab at me until I readjust my arm. That sucks alot when sleeping because I sleep in fetal position. But also, my entire arm will just start aching and cramping badly randomly. When I touch the actual implant under my skin, it's barely even sore anymore and doesn't bug me. But the aches and cramps are all over the rest of my arm! Nothing triggers it, it's very random and happens a couple times a day. Anyone else have this or know if this will go away after a while? I'm scared it's pinching a nerve or something.
