Am I pregnant?

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a couple of months, and I have been feeling very different this week. It all started when I went to urinate, at the beginning of this week, I noticed some ranfom spotting (just very light blood on the paper after I wiped) and that was it. Ever since then, I've been feeling crampy (similar to period cramps), slightly nauseous here and there, and my breast are slightly tender... My period starts in a couple of days (according to eve)...do you think I'm just PMSing early and making myself think I'm pregnant or could I possibly be? I'll be taking a test next week..but I'm impatient...
