pediatrician

I have a pediatrician, and she is... alright. To be honest, I don't know what I should expect from her. If I should want more or if she is even providing appropriate care for my daughter. I am considering my options. What do you think? Should I look into another pediatrician? What qualities should I look for in choosing one? What are some really important qualities a pediatrician should have in the care for my daughter?
