panty liners or nah?

Question

Just want to see how many ladies prefer panty liners or just hate them and refuse to wear them! I know some ladies think it's a lot cleaner to wear them constantly and I know ladies that can't stand them and never wear them. Or some ladies that wear them depending on where they're at in their cycle.

I wear them on the last days of my period when I still am leaking blood a little

Different for everyone. I use them daily but I also have lots of discharge that would ruin my life if I didn't wear liners (I think it's hireditary as my mom had the same problem when she was younger). If I didn't normally have that excess discharge I wouldn't wear them.

Since I had my iud in I barley bleed so panty liners are perfect for me. If I try and wear a tampon it's a bit uncomfortable going in and out since I'm not bleeding as much. I'll have a rare heavy day then wear both :)
