TWINS?!?!

At my first appointment my doctor told me my uterus seemed slightly larger than average so she sent me to get an ultrasound the ultrasound tech told me there's only one baby but I'm scared if they are identical twins and in the same sack could another baby be hiding? Or she just didn't look hard enough for the other baby?
