So my husband and I have an eBay stores we run out of our home. We sell magic the gathering playing cards. Today I got a message from some dildo who clearly didn't read the description of the items he bought. The listing was for a "repack" of cards for $5.99 a piece. This listing is like a lottery if you will. In some of these repacks there are hidden cards worth $50+. So the more you buy the greater your chance of getting a bonus card. All this is listed in the description and we have a picture attached of the potential bonus cards. The guy sent us a message this morning pretty much saying that he bought these repacks based off the photo and didn't read the description. Now he wants a refund or all the bonus cards sent to him (a total of $500+ worth of cards) for the little amount he paid). Sometimes it honestly sucks being a seller because even in these situations eBay will almost always side with the buyer. Also buyers love to hold negative feedback over you in order to try and get extra stuff. We are going to just have him send the cards back (with the risk of him swapping out what he wanted to keep) and refund him. It's still such BS to have to deal with idiots like this.....Sorry rant over.
