I'm ttc for past one year .. I love doing yoga is it good to do yoga after bd .. I hear ppl saying yoga acts like contraceptive .. pls pour in ur suggestions

Anything that helps blood flow to your pelvis is good for conception - lots of yoga out there for fertility!!

Yoga is so good for my relaxation and psyche. Exercise is good. Yoga is good. I can't see any reason that should be be the case. Many women practice yoga throughout their pregnancies.
