12 weeks 2 days - Hallelujah!
Had my 2nd doctors appointment today. After weeks of spotting and driving myself crazy (not to mention the stress of not being able to Doppler the HB on my own), it was such a relief to see a healthy little baby in there! And he/she was moving around like crazy.
The spotting was caused by a small subchorionic hemorrhage that he was able to point out in the ultrasound. Hopefully it continues to absorb naturally on its own. Now I can try to relax a little bit with reassurance that everything is going the way it should.
I did a bunch of blood tests as well, and should find out the gender next week ☺
