eczema, heat rash? anyone else experiencing this?
This has been going on for a few weeks now and gradually getting bigger. So far it's on her chest, neck and starting to show up on back and arms. Doesn't seem to bother her much, but then again she can't confirm this statement. 
Baby girl is 8 weeks old, sleeps in a fleece halo swaddler sleep sack in a bassinet in our room. Recently she's wearing a short sleeve onesie under the sleep sack. Last night per her peds advice we went diaper only. Clothing and all laundry is washed in Kirkland free and clear laundry detergent. Baths are done 2-3 times a week with Honest Company bath wash.
House is heated to 69 degrees all day/night. Pediatrician suggested eczema and to apply a good non scented baby lotion 3-4 times a day. She never wakes sweaty or angry, always happy and smiling. I question the eczema diagnosis and lotion advice because things seem worse today after applying lotion 3x yesterday. Any ideas or experiences with this type of rash.
