Pregnancy Test!

So I'm 4 days late and had some slight brownish discharge for the last 3 days. I thought it was my period but I only get a slight amount when I wipe. Potentially implantation bleeding?! I decided to take a test today and it looks like a very faint positive. What do you ladies think?!
