Do you let your LO watch tv?

I know its not recommended. My baby is 4 months and loves tv i have to turn it off sometimes but I let him if im getting ready.

I use to be so adamant about LO not seeing screens but lately there has been a handful of times where mommy and daddy need a brake so we turn on baby TV and let her watch for maybe 20 minutes. One time she fell asleep to it :x

Only if I need to distract her for a few minutes so I can do dishes or cook dinner

At 4 months the baby is only really watching the lights and sounds. Sometimes I have to pause tv in living room because it distracts my 4 month old from feeding.

At nearly 5 months old my little one loves watching little baby bum on YouTube...very educational nd he loves the bright colours..music nd their big eyes.

I never just plant her in front of the TV, but sometimes I'm watching while nursing her and she gets distracted and stares for a couple minutes. Sometimes she needs to burp but is too worked up from the pain, so I'll let her stare for a minute so she'll relax while I try to help her get it out. It really bothered me at first, and then I realized she'd even stare at it while it was off, so even though the moving pictures are probably interesting, I don't even really think it's always about that. I think it's just more something to stare at and zone out for a minute.

Sometimes in the morning for 15-20 minutes while I'm getting ready for work.. he'll sit in his Bumbo seat or do tummy time so at least I feel like he's being a little productive 😂
