my baby spits up after almost every bottle!!

She gets formula and i don't even know if that's normal!! She eats every 2-3 hours of 2-3oz and she's 4 weeks old now..it's not a little bit of spit up either..it's a decent amount and it's sad because it even comes out of her nose!!!!!! Plus, she's always sooooo gassy too even though we've been trying Gerber probiotic drops in one bottle a day but it's helped zero!
