TTC Our Rainbow Baby

My boyfriend and I are ttc and carry through our first full term pregnancy.. we lost our first about a year ago due to a miscarriage. And now we're trying again. Today is my first fertile day! Does anyone have any advice?? I have a small cyst on each of my ovaries.. and I'm worried it's causing it to be more difficult for us to conceive. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!
