Need some advice!!

My husband and I are TTC, last month was our first month trying and this cycle has been super confusing.
I began spotting, mostly brownish a week after we BD and when I was ovulating.
The spotting turned into bleeding, not light and not heavy, and figured I was out this month. But then the bleeding suddenly stopped with no trace, no spotting which is normal for me for a couple days after my full period. Only bled for 2 days.
I am still experienced some light cramps tho.
I did two pregnancy tests during the spotting before I got what I thought was my period and both came back with super faint. +.
Now I am scared to test, if I have miscarried (chemical) or worse it is an ectopic.
Any advice is appreciated, and or similar situations.
