No. It takes 6-12 dpo to implant and you need 2-3 days to build up hcg

I have worked for multiple offices and store bought tend to show faster than a doctors office urin test.

I'm not a doctor but I'm almost positive it's not accurate. It takes 6 to 10 days for the egg to implant so it wouldn't even be accurate with a home test. The urine tests at the doctors are less sensitive to save money. Personally a doctor's test came up negative even when I missed my period and had positive blood work.
