So I got on depo in December and everything was great (a little cramps and bad mood for like a week after I got the shot) until now. I have ha my period going on 10 days now 🙃🙃🙃🙃not what I expected when I was told irregular periods. Anyway my period needs to stop even though it's super light and I can't even feel it's there because being in the military it kinda interferes with my job BUT my doctor told me My only option right now is to switch to the bar inserted in my arm. Does anyone have any experience with this? Like how does it effect you??
