Alcohol/Caffeine while TTC
Have you ladies stopped drinking alcohol completely while TTC? I love me the occasional glass of wine, and there are some nights I will let loose and have a few more. Just wondering if it will affect my chances or if I should stop around ovulation time? Same for caffeine???
