Help!

So today marks being a week late. I took a test at 4 days late and got a BFN, so I waited until this morning and took another one and got another BFN. I'm usually pretty regular, sometimes I'll be a day or two late of when I'm supposed to start. But I've never been this late before and I'm starting to freak out! Should I call my doctor now and ask for a blood test? Or should I wait a few more days and take another test? This is my first if I am pregnant so I just don't know what to do now!
