Help?

Question

I'm TTC and I think the reason why I haven't  became pregnant is because my cycle is really irregular. My period is over a week late and I just took a pregnancy test to get none other than a BFN. Is there anything I can do or get over the counter to help regulate my cycle? I currently have no insurance so I can't go to my OB/GYN for help. Thanks ladies!

I've had irregular periods my whole life. And by irregular I mean I've skipped many many months at a time. It can be harder to get pregnant, yes. But don't give up! It took my husband and I 6 months of trying to conceive. Baby dust✨✨✨

I deal with really irregular periods too 😔 it makes it really hard to keep track of anything. I just recently had almost pos opk, but then went on to have 12 days of spotting after not having a period since November. Ugh... sorry I shouldn't go on and on. I'm glad you posted this though! I'm going to try some things another commenter posted.

Yes vitex!!!!! Also premama I got off bc in September was not ovulating took vitex and premama this month a ovulated for the first time!!!!!! Good luck

Look on YouTube. There's a lot of good ideas on there. There's also some wacky ones but there are recipes etc.
