tracking diet/calories?
Anyone continue to track their diet/calories when pregnant? I used My fitness pal before I got pregnant to keep track of my diet and I haven't been doing it while pregnant because my diet was so erratic during my first trimester. I'm considering going back to it now that I'm feeling a bit better. Obviously I'm not trying to lose weight but I do want to make sure that I'm not eating excessively and manage my weight gain and health for me and baby!
