So before I get my period I usually have symptoms just the day before, cramps and acne. But I've been having back pain, cramps, acne, and tender breasts for like a week now and no period. Have any of you experienced these symptoms in the early stages of pregnancy ? Do you think I'm just running late or could be pregnant ?
