had miscarriage two weeks back and having positive tests now what does it mean

Hey guys,

I had a miscarriage an early one two weeks back and I did a pregnancy test a few day later because docs told me to and it came back negative today I did another test and it's come back positive faint but positive and I've been getting pink blood coming out only when I wipe I'm so confused I didnt have a scan or anything with my miscarriage they hardly did anything just sent me back home could i be pregnant again ??
