How far along am I?!!

I'm 15 weeks, so how far along am I in months? Some charts say 3.5 months, some...like this....say 4.5 months. So which is it?!!

Just count how many months it has been since your last period instead of weeks.

It's confusing bc pregnancy is 40 weeks, which doesn't match up to 9 months!  I always just say how many weeks instead of months since it changes based on who you ask, but I would say if you want to use months, count backwards from your due date.  I'm due July 18, so I would prob say I am 3.5 months since I'm due in 5.5 months

I think some count it by fetal age and not gestational age. Also some count by weeks pasted, not counting current week until it's completed.
