okay so I was for days late for af today I started but it's brown. I've never had brown before af, only at the end and up to 2 days after. any ideas what's going on?

Could just be left over from your last period. Brown doesn't constitute a period, it's considered spotting. So you're probably just expelling whatever was left over, then your regular flow will begin. That's my idea.

I had 3 days of brown spotting last month instead of a period and nothing this month, but it's a side effect of my birth control (implant).
