late period

Ladies I need your advice. I had my daughter oct 18 and I had a period begging of dec and then one end of December going into January. Both lasted about 5 days now I have had one again and it day 31 of no period. I've taken multiple tests all which are negative just wondering where my period is? I also have the acne backaches nasty stomach cramps all saying period. Any advice please!!
