refrigerated breast milk
I pump my breastmilk. Once I warm up the refrigerated milk, I was told baby has an hour to eat it, then it's bad. Does anyone know WHY? Is it bad because of bacteria? Why can't it be used after an hour? I hate throwing away hard earned breastmilk after one hour 😒
