I'm 5 Days late

I'm been feeling wetness down there and so I run to the bathroom thinking my period is finally here but there is no blood just wet clear stuff ( and I'm not even horny) so idk what's going on to top it off I'm having painful intense cramps the first 3 days I was late

The first two days there were two small signs of blood , so I thought hey I'm starting but then all of a sudden no blood but still persistent painful cramps.

Then yesterday ( which was the 4th day)

I'm hit with a constant wave of nausea

So intense I felt like I was actually gonna vomit twice ( but ended up not puking my guts out). And even cooked food smelled nauseating, and sweet food like doughnuts smelled nauseating sweet.

And a constant wet feeling even though there was no blood.

I felt even more nauseas when I tried eating a banana

Now today intense cramps, horrible headache, feeling heat on my forehead, nauseas( not as intense as yesterday) and doen there is a light brown stuff when I wipe ( so I thought hey I got my period finally) but now that's gone too , there is a little when I wipe but that's it then there is nothing.

I have no idea what's going on, or what's wrong.

I called my OB Gyn and she basically told me two things:

Drink some Coke to see if the nausea goes away ( that was yesterday when the intense feeling of nausea happened 3 times at 10am and 11am and 2pm)

Take a pregnancy test at a drugstore and if it comes back positive then let them know right away and then they were gonna proceed to take my implanon out .

So I'm gonna take a pregnancy test and see what my results are.

Even though everyone around me is pretty confident I'm not pregnant.
