Pinching like feeling?

18+2 and I've been having this pinching/stretching feeling on my right lower belly area. It's one small area and it keeps feeling like someone is pinching me or something. It's really annoying.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what this is or could be?

I feel like I had this feeling too around 17 weeks. If it's the feeling that I think your describing then I think it's just everything expanding and stretching making room for the baby. Not entirely sure though since I can't feel what you're feeling lol
