My Cousin Lied about her being pregnant. And a miscarriage

So anyways. My cousin we will call her Denise she is an attention seeker like it's so serious she is just that bad. So anyways she claimed to have gotten pregnant and she ended up telling her mom. Her mom asked her some questions like how far along is she and who the father could be etc. so she couldn't answer any of these questions but she said she had a boyfriend and it was his baby. So her mom asked her about her boyfriend (that never came around and she never heard of) so her mom didn't believe her like at all.

So a few weeks later she brought a boy over to meet her mom and said it was her boyfriend so her mom quizzed the young man who didn't even know his own age. (He turned out to possibly be a minor and my cousin is an adult)

This further fueled the disbelief for everyone in the family. My other cousin we will call her Amanda is currently pregnant and she updates me on the happenings with her baby since she experienced a miscarriage a few years after I had one.

We talk almost every chance we get. So she was telling me certain things that didn't add up with our other cousin on being pregnant because she would post some weird crap on Facebook forgetting she is supposed to be pregnant. 

Like drinking and tryna find the right man to settle down with blah blah blah. Every once in a while she would post her regular tummy talking about her baby then a few weeks later she was tryna find baby names.

Let's fast forward to thanksgiving she ate and had been feeling fine all day then once the family showed up she complains about really bad stomach aches and she decided to drive herself to the hospital that is almost an hour away. (She didn't want anyone to go with her at all) 2hrs later she comes home saying that they told her that she miscarried. She said she was 11 weeks. Also that they gave her a shot to pass the baby and that was it no follow up appointments to confirm baby passed through her system on its own and she said she had no bleeding. (Yea because a miscarriage doesn't cause any bleeding.... yea right) so anyways

Our other cousin Amanda said she has done this before claiming to be pregnant while she was staying with her and she said she had a miscarriage all the while hiding bloody pads once a month (her period) in a bag in the laundry room 🤢🤢.

I kinda want to call her out on her BS because I suffered a miscarriage a horrible one and it's not something you joke about or use for attention. I really think she just wants to be apart of the mix because her little siste now has two babies under 2 and our cousin is prego and our other cousin also has two babies and I have three.

Should I just let her continue to live in fairyland or tell her to stop the madness?

The hospital she went to does not have the capabilities to handle a pregnant woman they don't even have an ultrasound machine or any kind of equipment to aid a pregnant woman because it's a very small facility. And any prego women who comes in has to get an ambulance ride and sent to another hospital that's an hour away from that one. That's how small it is
