Prego signs or in my head?

I just had my implanon implant removed April 18& started heavy af until April 23 I'm due this weekend and I'm having severe constipation, pasty discharge , lower abdominal cramps, really tired, and off and on nausea no breast changes though and no implantation bleeding. Me and my partner are very active since we are trying to conceive are these signs of pregnancy I tested 5/12 and it BFN so is it too soon? I'm impatient ?
