I pumped 4 times yesterday  and got 20 ounces!!! I pumped 4 times today and got 17 ounces!! I think I have this down now. I don't want to pump a lot and I feel 4 times a day is a good amount to pump. I don't want to stress or over load and pump all the time. Everyday I also give him a bottle of my breast milk so he is used to getting a bottle once a day so when I have to have someone baby sit he will be fine with a bottle and he is! He loves the munchkin latch bottles! I never knew what a second let down was until it happened to me the other day and I wish someone would have told me about this lol so I try and wait like 3 mins after my milk stops coming out and guess what I get my second let down and I love it!
