New lower jelly belly

Hi, I'm 25weeks and my lower stomach had just started feeling soft and wobbly just below my belly button. It comes and goes gets hard again then wobbly next minute. Anyone know why it does this and if everything is ok. I don't want to bother the midwife with silly questions
