is there anything I can take for sinus congestion and headache?

My head feels like a hot air ballon, my nose is all congested, Is there anything I can take/do while pregnant? I haven't got a list yet from my doctors so I need some help!!

Is it a cold or do you normally have seasonal allergies? My allergies started acting up even though I live in wi which is all frozen right now. My ob approved Benadryl and my normal otc meds. She said both will help dry my sinuses from colds also and to go to those first. If it's a cold I also use a humidifier with oils in it, warm compresses on my face, cough drops if needed. Honey and lemon is great in warm water also.

I suffered tremendously for about 4 weeks just being sick as all hell. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore I felt like I was dying. I took some Tylenol cold for only two days. I was better within hours. After second day I knew I felt fine enough to continue recovering with rest and fluids. Tylenol is baby safe. And seriously after I was so sick I believe that being sick for four weeks possibly did more damage than taking medicine for two days. Get better soon. I know how horrible it is when pregnant.

Boil some tea tree oil and breathe in the steam from it . Drink hot water, lemon, and honey mixed together.  Youll be good as new.  Might take a day or two but really works and doesnt cost much of anything .
