is deep heat or tiger balm safe to use?
Hi ladies, I had my baby shower today at 29.5 weeks and spent a lot of time on my feet and walking from our picnic area to the toilet and back, and all that muscle workout in my legs (I normally don't walk so much working in admin lol) just gave me the worrrrst cramp in one of them. Just wondering if deep heat or tiger balm are safe to use to ease the muscle tension? I can't find anything on the tubes saying they are or aren't safe so I'm a little iffy.
