is it crazy ?

So my boyfriend and I have been dating officially for almost 3 months already. But dating for a while already. We always wanted to know about one another and talk to each other for more than a year. I'd always see him (almost everyday). Point is we are in love and are wanting to concieve a baby. Recently we had a "in the moment" act therefore I took the plan b pill (which was really hard because deep down I wanted it to happen) but now we are really wanting one. So lasnight we tried for the first time. Do you think it's possible to know you want a baby and are in love with someone in such a short amount of time?
