iud???

Question

i'm currently on the pill but lately i've been thinking of switching to the iud because it doesn't effect hormones. for those of you who currently have the iud, do you like it and why?

I love mine I haven't had any issues at all with mine and I've had it since aug after giving birth to my son in July. I don't have to remember a pill everyday which I hated when I was on the pill.

I had paragard for a week. It fell out but I really want to try again. I loved not having to take a pill daily! It's just a string check once a month, after your period although my doctor suggested to check before and after sex to make sure it's in place. And that's all you have to worry about. I had slight cramping.
