Third Trimester Sex

Is anyone else having this problem ? Lately I can't get wet enough, it's just like a watery wetness, not the lubricant kind. And there's not enough. Google isn't helping me find answers so I thought I'd ask on here. I know everyone is going to say "use lub" but I'm just wondering why & what causes this problem ? And how long it will last. I want to have sex with my husband so bad but it's just so uncomfortable & painful as well. Is there hope for great sex again after delievery ? 😩
