when should I go on leave?

Ok, I'm 20 years old and a college student. I take online classes and work at my local Burger King. I usually work 5 days a week 2-cl.
But recently it's gotten really hard, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I break all the equipment apart at night and clean it  and last night I left in tears from my back and feet hurting so bad.
I just wanna know when should go on leave, everyone says I should work until I go into labour that I'm just being a Cry baby and to toughen up.

Ask them to reassign you to a less labor intensive position. If it's at all humanly possible to accommodate you, legally, they have to. And feel free to insinuate that you know your rights if they hem and haw

You're not just being a baby, as we progress further along things become more difficult. You're employer, has to, by law, make reasonable accommodations for you...period.  you need to see to it that they do  secondly. Maybe work part time instead. 10 more weeks is a lonnnnng time without a paycheck.

I went on leave at 37w there's no way I could have made it to labor! Especially bc I never went into labor on my own lol just talk with your doctor and they can make you go on leave for medical reasons if your job is giving you a rough time about going on leave early.

Don't she have to have her dr put restrictions on her for them to accommodate her?
