IUD problems
I got an IUD put in last month. I am getting my first period since insertion this week and my cramps are unbearable! I cannot breathe and i have to lay down. I feel like i'm going to be sick sometimes. The most painful thing ever. It literally feels like i am having contractions. Anyone have any tips??? i need to make this less painful.
