Bad hip pain in early pregnancy? Did you have it?

I'm 13DPO and yesterday got a negative:( but I've been having these bad hip pains and lower back pain plus many other symptoms. Early in my DPO I was spotting brown which I never done before.. I don't know whether to think I am pregnant or im not
