I had a miscarriage a few weeks ago (around about 4-5)

I have been getting pregnancy signs again they stopped shortly after and I've started to get them again

Yesterday would of been first time getting high of weed as I thought nothing of becoming pregnant again (stupid I know) but I've had dreams of having a baby and I imaged a baby while high and everytime it moved I felt a tiny little flutter in my belly ? Could it be miracle baby, has anyone else had this (I currently sexually active with so)
