Someone tell me, is this a blood clot? It gave me major cramps before I practically birthed the MF.

Additional information: I had surgery on my ovary about 6 or 7 months ago. This is my first *real* period, since my ovary shut down before I was 13. I've been on birth control for 2 months, and this is my first break.

Yea i had this once. i think it might just be a very thick part of your uterine lineing sheading. i would still go to the er incase. Put that in a baggie and make sure it stays cool till u get there. Best of luck.
