calling all cervix proffesionals

Af was supposed to arrive today and hasnt thank god. ive been experiencing a new set of symptoms this week that indicate possible pregnancy so ive decided to pay close attention to my cervix. a few days ago it was medium, soft and closed, then it was medium,firm and closed and now today its medium, half firm half soft and open i think. wth does that mean? does anyone get that? whats it supposed to look like before af and in early pregnancy? im confused
