Did childbirth clear up your ovarian cysts if you have PCOD?

Question

I have always been told by almost every doctor I saw in the last 14 years that pregnancy and childbirth would clear up the ovarian cysts. My current doctor is surprised that I still have 10 cysts in each ovary measuring less than 10 mm each. I want to know if childbirth cleared your cysts up.

During my first pregnancy my skin was perfectly clear, I lost 57 pounds and had very little morning sickness (like 3 days). There was no crazy facial hair. At that point I had not been diagnosed with PCOS but looking back at the symptoms I had before and after pregnancy I'm positive I had it then..... I know every pregnancy is different but if my next pregnancy gets rid of these symptoms, even temporarily, I will be thrilled!

Well my sister and I both suffer from pcos she tried for a baby for 6 years and finally got preagnant after giving birth her symptoms went away the biggest one was the irregular periods. She would go 7 months without period but after her first baby the fácil hair stopped, period became regular she went from a size 20 to a 12 and 7 mo after she gave birth she got pregnant with the second one. 
Me on the other hand I miscarriage at 20 weeks but still pushed him out and I wasn't as lucky as her as my symptoms still there and if I don't take metformin I can go 5 months without a period

There is no scientific studies to show that having a baby reduces the symptoms or gets rid of PCOD or any endocrine disorder. It is an archaic example of doctors not really understanding the issue properly ,
